- 310g Arnott's Farmbake Chocolate Chip Fudge cookies
- 1 litre ice cream
Preparation
Step 1
Place 10 Arnott’s Farmbake Chocolate Chip Fudge cookies, smooth side-up on a board. Top with scoops of ice cream and sandwich together with remaining cookies, pressing firmly. Freeze until ready to serve.
Notes
- To get a nice edge around ice cream use a round cutter in the same size as the cookie.
- Use any flavoured ice cream you prefer.
