Step 1 Crush Arnott’s Gluten Free Mint Slice biscuits in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. Add cream cheese and process until just combined
Step 2 Roll mixture into 10 even balls. Place on a baking paper lined tray and refrigerate for 30 mins until firm. Dust with cocoa.
Step 3 Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
