Ingredients

  • 2 x Arnott’s Iced VoVo biscuits
  • 2 tsp strawberry sauce
  • 2 marshmallows, chopped
  • 1 shot espresso coffee
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 200 ml cold milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Extra biscuit to serve

Preparation

Step 1
Swirl strawberry sauce around inside of your cup. Finely chop 2 Iced VoVo’s biscuits and place in the bottom of your cup. Add marshmallows, coffee, ice cubes and milk. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Top with whipped cream and extra biscuit.

Notes

  • You can use any milk in this recipe
