These delicious Malted caramel popcorn slices are the perfect treat for any occasion! No baking required!
Step 1 Grease an 18 x 28cm rectangular slice pan and line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edge of pan.
Step 2 Place biscuits in bowl of food processor and process to a fine crumb, add melted butter and blend until just combined. Press biscuit mixture into base of prepared pan and refrigerate whilst preparing the filling.
Step 3 Combine condensed milk, honey, extra butter and malted milk powder in a medium saucepan; stir continuously over a medium heat until smooth and mixture starts to thicken.
Step 4 Cook for a further 5 minutes until mixture becomes thick and golden.
Step 5 Add caramel to popcorn and stir until popcorn is coated in caramel. Spread caramel popcorn over prepared base and use the back of a spoon to press firmly and evenly into the base.
Step 6 Combine melted chocolate and oil, stir until smooth. Pour chocolate over caramel and spread evenly with a palette knife. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until set. Use a small serrated knife to cut into squares before serving.
