Milk Arrowroot

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Arnott’s Milk Arrowroot Biscuits
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 290g dark chocolate melts
  • Pretzels and mini choc buttons to decorate

Preparation

Step 1
Place Milk Arrowroot biscuits in a food processor and pulse until they form fine crumbs. Add cream cheese and ginger, pulse until it combines, and the mixture resembles thick crumbs.
Step 2
Roll the mixture into balls. Place the dark chocolate melts in a medium size microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the melts for 60-second bursts on medium power until melted, stirring in-between each burst.
Step 3
Line a tray with baking paper. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate and place onto the tray. Decorate with pretzels and choc buttons. Chill to set.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
