Shortbread Cream

Ingredients

  • 250g Arnott’s Shortbread Cream biscuits
  • 100g white chocolate melts, melted
  • Candy eyeballs

Preparation

Step 1
Place biscuits on a cooling rack.
Step 2
Place melts in a piping bag or snap lock bag. Snip the end and pipe over biscuits to resemble mummies.
Step 3
Attach eyes onto chocolate and set aside for 10 min or until set.
