Arnott’s Tim Tam Double Choc Cheesecake

This layered no bake Tim Tam cheesecake is delectable and easy to make!


  • 3 x 200g pkts Arnott’s Tim Tam Original
  • 50g butter
  • 2 x 250g pkts cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup (55g) caster sugar
  • 180g white chocolate, melted
  • 300ml thickened cream, whipped
  • 200g dark chocolate, melted


Step 1 Grease a 24cm round springform pan (base measurement 22cm). Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edge of pan. Line inside wall of pan with Tim Tam biscuits standing up.

Step 2 Process remaining Tim Tam biscuits until crushed. Add butter and process until combined. Press the mixture over base of prepared pan. Chill to set.

Step 3 To make filling, beat cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Beat in cooled, melted white chocolate. Fold in cream until just combined.

Step 4 Transfer one-third of the mixture into a separate bowl – set aside. Fold cooled melted dark chocolate into remaining two-thirds of mixture until just combined.

Step 5 Spoon dark chocolate mixture over base of pan, spreading evenly. Gently cover with white chocolate mixture, smoothing the top. Chill overnight.

Step 6 Serve topped with dark choc drizzle and extra Tim Tam biscuits, whole or crumbled.
