Put a twist on your classic pavolva with our indulgent Tim Tam Original biscuits. Light, fluffy, and a little bit chocolate-y, this is pav is a show-stopping dessert! Recreate this iconic Australian dessert and top that crunchy meringue crust with your favourite seasonal fruits.

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups caster sugar
  • 1 pkt Arnott's Tim Tam Original, roughly chopped
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 1 tbsp grated chocolate


Step 1 Preheat oven to 170°C or 150ᵒ C fan forced. Lightly grease and line base and sides of a 24 cm springform pan with baking paper.

Step 2 Whisk the egg whites until soft peaks form, gradually adding sugar. Beat until thick and glossy. Stir through 9 chopped Tim Tams. Set aside 2 Tim Tams to garnish.

Step 3 Place the egg white mixture into the springform pan. Bake in the oven for 1 hour 30 mins. Turn off oven and let cool with the door ajar.
