Light and fluffy on the inside, with a light crisp outside, Arnott's Tim Tams make a delicious twist for this easy lemonade scone recipe. Serve with strawberries and cream, with a cup of tea!!
Pre heat oven to 220⁰C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
Roughly chop Tim Tam biscuits and set aside.
Step 3
In a medium jug, combine cream and lemonade.
Step 4
Place flour in a large bowl. Add the cream mix and stir with a butter knife until mix starts to come together. Add your chopped Tim Tam biscuits. Stir but don’t overmix.
Step 5
Cut into 12 pieces, shape and bake for 12 minutes.
