Ingredients

  • Lightly toasted Cranberry and Almond crackers
  • 450gm Triple Cream Brie
  • 200g cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup walnuts toasted
  • Fresh rosemary to garnish

Preparation

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 180°C fan forced.
Step 2
In a small saucepan gently warm cranberry sauce.
Step 3
Line a medium size baking tray with baking paper. Place brie in the oven for 5 min, remove and topped with warm cranberry sauce.
Step 4
Return to the oven for a further 5-7 min or until brie is starting to soften.
Step 5
Serve Brie topped with walnuts and fresh rosemary.
Step 6
Serve with lots of Arnott’s Gold biscuits to scoop up the warm cheese!
