225g Jatz
700g carrot cake
150g white chocolate melts
100g speckled chocolate eggs finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl combine/mash carrot cake. Spoon about 2 tsp of the mixture onto a Jatz cracker. Top with another Jatz to make a sandwich.

Step 2

In the meantime, place white chocolate melts into a small microwave-safe bowl on medium power for 1-2 min until melted. Dip the Jatz sandwich into melted chocolate and sprinkle over some chopped speckled eggs. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
