Farmbake Chocolate Chip Fudge Christmas Wreath

  • 2 x 310g Arnott's Farmbake Chocolate Chip Fudge cookies
  • 1.2 litres cream, whipped
  • Strawberries and chocolate stars and trees to decorate
  • Cocoa for dusting


Step 1
Place cream in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until cream has firm peaks.
Step 2
Spread approx. 2 teaspoons of cream on a cookie then sandwich with another cookie, repeat this process then place your cookies on their side to make a big circle, keep adding sandwiched cookies to form a circle/wreath.
Step 3
Spread the completed wreath with enough cream to cover. You will use around 2/3 of the cream. Let wreath chill for 6 hours or overnight. Keep remaining cream to finish off the wreath before serving.
Step 4
When ready to serve, spread remaining cream over the wreath/circle and top with strawberries, chocolate trees and stars, dust with cocoa.


  • To make stars and trees place baking paper on a tray and set aside.
  • Place chocolate melts in a small bowl and microwave until melted. Pour chocolate into a piping bag and snip a small opening. Pipe chocolate in desired shapes onto baking paper and stand until set.
  • Snap lock bags can be used if you don’t have piping bags.
