Step 1 Pre heat oven to 160⁰C. Grease and line an 18 cm x 28 cm rectangular slice pan. Place Arnott’s Farmbake Golden Crunch cookies in a food processor and process until it resembles fine crumbs.
Step 2 Add melted butter, process until combined. Press mixture into the base of the prepared pan. place in refrigerator to chill.
Step 3 Meanwhile, process the cream cheese in a food processor until smooth, add condensed milk and lemon juice. Process until smooth, add eggs and process until well combined.
Step 4 Pour cream cheese mixture over the base, smooth surface and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until just set. Let cool to room temperature and then place in the fridge to chill. Cut into slices to serve.
