Iced VoVo Christmas Houses

Line 2 large trays with baking paper. Microwave half the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl on medium power in 30-second bursts until melted. Transfer to a piping bag or zip lock bag.

For roof panels: Place 4 Iced VoVo biscuits side-by-side on a tray; pipe chocolate between to join. Repeat to make a second roof panel. Allow to set.

For front and back walls: Place 2 Iced VoVo biscuits side-by-side on the tray, place 2 biscuits below them to form a 2 biscuit high wall, pipe chocolate between to join. Repeat to make a second wall. Allow to set.

For the side walls: Place 4 biscuits side-by-side on a tray. Place 4 biscuits below them to form a 2 biscuit high wall. Pipe chocolate between biscuits to join. Repeat to make a second wall. Allow to set.

Microwave the remaining chocolate until melted; transfer to a piping bag. Pipe an L shape the length and width of the the side and front wall on the board. Stand a side wall and front wall in the chocolate to form a corner. Hold, then pipe along the join.

Repeat with remaining walls to form a box. Pipe the chocolate generously along the joins. Set until firm.

Pipe chocolate along the top of the side walls. Add the roof panels, joining at the peak. Pipe chocolate generously along the top.

For the door: Pipe chocolate along the long edge of 1 Iced VoVo biscuit, attach to the front of the house at a 45-degree angle. Hold until set. For the chimney, trim another Iced VoVo on an angle, pipe chocolate along the angle cut and stick onto the roof.

For windows: Pipe chocolate on the back of Raspberry Shortcake biscuits and 2 Tina Wafers. Stick onto the walls as shown for windows.

Repeat to make a second house. For the door, use a Tina Wafer biscuit and attach a red chocolate button with melted chocolate. Stack 2 Scotch Finger halves for steps.
