300g white chocolate Melts
250g pkt Arnott’s Scotch Finger biscuits
Arnott’s Mini Scotch Finger biscuits multipack (200g)

Arnott’s Tiny Teddy biscuits
Arnott’s Gaiety biscuits
Arnott’s Tina Wafer biscuits
red chocolate buttons

Preparation

Step 1

Line a large tray with baking paper. Microwave chocolate in a microwavesafe bowl on medium power in 30-second bursts until melted. Transfer half to a piping bag or zip lock bag.

Step 2

LARGE SCOTCH FINGER HOUSE:

Step 3

For house roof: Place 2 Scotch Finger biscuits side-by-side on the tray, pipe chocolate between to join. Repeat to make a second panel. Allow to set.

Step 4

For house walls: Dip the short end and 1 long side of 1 Scotch Finger biscuit in melted chocolate and place on tray.\

Step 5

Dip the long side of a second biscuit in chocolate and join at the short end to form an L shape. Stand chocolatedipped- side down. Repeat to make another L shape. Join both L shapes to form a rectangle, piping chocolate along joins. Allow to set.

Step 6

Pipe chocolate on top of the walls. Place the roof panels on top as shown (see page 10) and join with chocolate. Allow to set.

Step 7

MINI SCOTCH FINGER HOUSES:

Step 8

For bigger house: Make 4 walls using 4 Mini Scotch Finger biscuits for each wall, join together with chocolate as shown (see page 10). Make 2 roof panels using 4 mini biscuits in each panel as shown. Assemble as per steps 3 & 4. Allow to set.

Step 9

For smaller house: Use 2 mini biscuits in each of the 4 walls and 2 mini biscuits in the 2 roof panels and join together with chocolate as shown.

Step 10

Pipe chocolate over roof joins for a snow effect. Allow to set.

FOR CHRISTMAS VILLAGE:

Step 12

Scatter a large board or surface with coconut and position all the houses as desired. Decorate with TeeVee Snacks, Tiny Teddys, Gaiety biscuits, Tina Wafers and lollies to create a festive scene as shown on pages 10 & 11.
