  • 150g pkt Arnott’s Gluten Free Scotch Finger
  • ¾ cup desiccated coconut
  • ½ x 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest, plus extra for serving
  • 200g white chocolate, melted
  • 1½ teaspoons vegetable oil


Step 1
Process Arnott’s gluten free Scotch Finger biscuits until crushed. Transfer to a bowl. Add coconut, condensed milk and lime zest. Mix well then roll 2 teaspoons of mixture into balls. Place on a tray and chill until firm.
Step 2
Combine white chocolate and oil in a small bowl. Using 2 forks, dip truffles into chocolate then place on a baking paper-lined tray. Sprinkle tops with a little extra lime zest. Chill until set.


  • if preferred roll truffles in extra coconut instead of chocolate.
