Step 1 Preheat oven to 160⁰C fan-forced. Lightly grease and line a 20cm round cake tin. Prepare cake following packet instructions. Stir through 15 Tiny Teddy’s to the mixture. Pour into greased pan. Follow baking instructions.
Step 2 Line a tray with baking paper and set aside. Place sugar and water in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
Step 3 Simmer without stirring until it changes to a golden colour. Let bubbles subside and pour onto baking paper. Sprinkle over 100’s & 1000’s. Set aside to cool then break into pieces.
Step 4 When cake is cool, top with prepared icing, toffee shards and extra Tiny Teddies. Decorate just before serving.
