Ingredients

  • 200g pkt Arnott’s Hundreds & Thousands biscuits
  • 440g pkt butter cake mix with icing (bake in a slice pan)
Cake Mix (ingredients may vary depending on cake mix packet)
  • 2 eggs
  • 60g butter
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • extra butter and milk for icing

Preparation

Step 1 Preheat oven to 160⁰C. Lightly grease and line a 27.5 x 17.5m slice pan. Prepare cake following instructions on the box.


Step 2 When cake is cool, top with prepared icing and 20 Arnott’s Hundreds & Thousands biscuits.


Step 3 Chill until required. Cut into squares.
