Ingredients
- 200g Danish feta
- 125g cream cheese
- ½ tsp finely grated orange zest
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 225g box Arnott’s Jatz
- ¼ cup finely chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp chopped cranberries
- pomegranate arils
- honey drizzle
- micro herbs to garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Place feta, cream cheese, zest and juice in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add a little water to make it easier to pipe.
Step 2
Spoon into a piping bag and pipe onto Jatz. Sprinkle with walnuts, cranberries and pomegranate. Drizzle with honey.
Step 3
Serve topped with micro herbs.
