Ingredients

  • 24 Arnotts Jatz Crackers
  • ½ litre vanilla ice cream
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup 100s&1000s sprinkles

Preparation

Step 1
Place 12 Arnott’s Jatz biscuits on a board. Top with scoops of ice cream (approx. 1 ½ tbsp) and sandwich together with remaining Jatz, pressing firmly. Return to freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Place chocolate in microwave-safe bowl and microwave on medium power in 30 second bursts. Stir and repeat until chocolate is melted. Place sprinkles in a bowl.
Step 3
Dip Jatz sandwiches half into melted chocolate and then dip into sprinkles. Freeze until ready to serve.

Notes

  • To get a nice edge around ice cream use a round cutter the same size as the Jatz
  • Use any flavoured ice cream you prefer.
