Ingredients
- Arnott’s Jatz or Savoy Minis
- 15 mini capsicums
- Parsley
- 125g cream cheese
- ½ cup grated cheddar
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and trim the mini capsicums, then trim the parsley.
Step 2
For the filling, place the cream cheese and cheddar in a medium bowl and mix well to combine.
Step 3
Place parsley at the top of each capsicum to form the leaves, then fill the capsicum with the cream cheese mixture.
Step 4
Serve with Jatz Minis for dipping.
