Using the back of a spoon, spread hummus along a section of the platter. Repeat with tzatziki and guacamole.
Step 2
Garnish hummus with olive oil and paprika and crispy chickpeas.
Step 3
Garnish tzatziki with mint and dill leaves.
Step 4
Garnish guacamole with onion, tomatoes and jalapenos.
Step 5
Serve with Arnott’s Jatz.
Notes
To make crispy chickpeas. Place 1 well-drained can of chickpeas on a lined baking tray. Add a little oil/salt/pepper and paprika. Roast for about 1 hr at 150°C until golden and crispy. Cool on tray.
