Ingredients

  • 250g cream cheese
  • 150g smoked salmon, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 large bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 225g Arnott’s Jatz

Preparation

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, salmon, lemon zest, lemon juice and ½ bunch chives, combine until smooth. Place remaining chopped chives on a small plate.
Step 2
Spread 2 tsp of cream cheese mixture between 2 Jatz crackers, smooth and sandwich together, roll in remaining chives and serve.
