Ingredients


  • 1 pkt Arnott’s Kingston biscuits
  • 180g dark chocolate, chopped
  • ¼ cup thickened cream
  • 20g butter

Toppings


  • 2 tbs coconut
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 2 tbs crushed nuts
  • 2 tbs sprinkles
  • 2 tbs icing sugar
  • 2 tbs candy canes, finely chopped
  • 2 tbs freeze dried raspberries

Preparation

Step 1
Finely chop 8 Arnott’s Kingston biscuits and set aside.
Step 2
Place chocolate, cream and butter in a medium size microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 second intervals on medium heat. Stir until all combined, it will look thick and glossy. Add chopped Kingston and stir through.
Step 3
Refrigerate until chilled and ready to roll.
Step 4
Place all of your coatings in separate bowls.
Step 5
Roll a tablespoon of mixture into toppings and then place balls on a tray or plate. Refridgerate for 2 hours or until firm.
