Ingredients

6 Arnott’s Lemon Crisp biscuits
6 scoops of lemon sorbet
1/3 cup double thick cream
¼ cup lemon curd
½ cup fresh blueberries to garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the Arnott’s Lemon Crisp Biscuits in half down the inner cream. Sandwich together with a scoop of gelato.

Step 2

To serve, place a dollop of cream on a plate and drag down with a spoon. Dollop with curd and repeat. Top with your lemon sorbet sandwich and garnish with blueberries.
