Ingredients

  • 225g Bega Spreadable Cream Cheese Tub
  • 30g pkt taco spice mix
  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 3/4 cup grated Bega Tasty Cheese
  • 2 tbs coriander leaves
  • Arnott’s Jatz, to serve

Preparation

Step 1
Combine Bega Spreadable Cream Cheese in a shallow serving dish with taco seasoning. Mix well and level top.
Step 2
Mash avocado in a bowl with lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Spread over cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with tomato, onion, Bega Tasty Cheese and coriander leaves.
Step 4
Serve with Jatz crackers.
