Step 1 Preheat oven to 170°C/150°C fan-forced. Lightly grease and line a 20 x 30cm slice pan.
Step 2 Place crushed biscuits in a bowl. Stir in butter and desiccated coconut. Press evenly into pan. Chill while making topping.
Step 3 In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and passionfruit, mixing well until it thickens slightly.
Step 4 Pour over base, spreading evenly and baking for 12-15 mins until set. Cool in pan, then chill for 2 hrs until cold. Cut into squares.
