Step 1 Lightly grease and line a 16 x 26cm slice pan with baking paper.
Step 2 Place crushed biscuits in a bowl. Stir in butter, condensed milk, desiccated coconut and lemon rind. Press evenly into pan. Chill 20 mins until firm.
Step 3 To make the icing, combine icing sugar, butter and lemon juice in bowl. Stir until smooth and spreadable. Add a little warm water if necessary.
Step 4 Spread icing over base and sprinkle with flaked coconut.
Step 5 Chill until set. Cut into squares.
