  • Smoked Cheddar
  • Olives (any type)
  • Cucumber
  • Dutch Carrots
  • Crumbly cheddar
  • Bread and butter pickles
  • Salami
  • Leg ham
  • Relish
  • Radishes
  • Stilton
  • Red Leicester
  • Arnott’s Sesame Wheat Crackers

Preparation

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread Jatz evenly over the surface.
Step 2
Grate half of the brie over the Jatz, and crumble the remaining brie on top.
Step 3
Tear the prosciutto into pieces and scatter over the cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 3–4 minutes or until the brie is melted.
Step 5
Finish with a generous drizzle of chilli honey and serve immediately.
