Ingredients

  • 4 Arnott’s Raspberry Shortcake biscuits
  • 1/4 cup raspberry or strawberry sauce/topping, plus extra for garnish
  • 4 large scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 400ml milk (your favourite!)
  • whipped cream, to serve

Preparation

Step 1
Place 2 Arnott’s Raspberry Shortcake biscuits in a blender and process until they resemble small crumbs; set aside.
Step 2
Drizzle a little of the raspberry topping around the inside of two glasses.
Step 3
Place ice cream, milk and the remaining 2 biscuits and sauce in a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until thoroughly combined.
Step 4
