These seed bars are a delicious better for you snack that you can put in your lunchbox or bring it our when you have guests!

Note: Arnott’s Scotch Finger not available in New Zealand.


  • 250g Arnott’s Scotch Finger Biscuits
  • ½ cup shredded coconut, plus 2 tbs extra
  • 1/3 cup sultanas
  • 1/3 cup pepitas
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup white choc chips
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup (60ml) coconut oil, melted
  • 1 egg white


Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C/160° fan-forced. Lightly grease and line a 16 x 26cm slice pan.

Step 2 Place biscuits in a food processor. Process until fine crumbs. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in coconut, sultanas, pepitas, sunflower seeds and choc chips.

Step 3 Add honey, coconut oil and egg white and mix well until combined. Press into prepared pan. Sprinkle with extra coconut. Bake for 20-25 mins until golden. Cool completely in pan before cutting into squares.
