In a food processor, process shapes until they resemble fine bread crumbs. Set aside.

Place shapes crumbs in a medium bowl. Place eggs in another medium bowl and lightly whisk. Place flour in a third medium bowl.
Step 3
One by one, lightly coat veal leg steaks in the flour and shake off any excess. Then dip into the egg mix, then the Shapes crumbs mixture, pressing gently.
Step 4
Heat oil in a medium frypan. Cook veal in batches until golden and cooked through. Set aside on paper towel to drain.
