Scotch Finger

Ingredients

  • 125g butter, softened
  • 1½ cups icing sugar
  • ½ tsp mixed spice
  • 1 tsp water
  • cranberries and gold cachous, to decorate
  • Arnott’s Scotch Finger

Preparation

Step 1
Beat butter with an electric mixer until pale. Gradually add sifted icing sugar and mixed spice until combined. Beat in water until you get a spreadable consistency.
Step 2
Spread buttercream onto a rectangular board in the shape of a Christmas tree. Top with dried cranberries and gold cachous.
