  • 2 x 200g pkts Arnott’s Tim Tam
  • 225g cream cheese
  • 150g milk chocolate melts, melted
  • 150g white chocolate melts, melted
  • 150g dark chocolate melts, melted
  • Gold sugar sprinkles
  • Lollipop sticks


Step 1
Place Tim Tam biscuits in a food processor. Process until they resemble fine crumbs. Reserve 2 tbsp for garnish.
Step 2
Add cream cheese to the processor with crumbs. Pulse until combined. Spoon mixture into a bowl and chill for 1 hour until firm.
Step 3
Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and place onto a baking paper-lined tray. Place lollipop sticks into the centre of the balls and dip into chocolate, gently shaking off the excess. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
Step 4
Repeat with remaining balls and dip into chocolate. Once set, drizzle with a different chocolate. Chill until set.
