Ingredients

  • 5 x Arnott's Tim Tam Original Biscuits
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup (185ml) milk
  • 1 egg
  • Melted butter for cooking

Preparation

Step 1
Roughly chop Tim Tams and set aside.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Whisk to combine.
Step 3
Whisk milk and egg together in a jug. Gently pour milk mixture into the centre of the flour and gently whisk together to form a batter.
Step 4
Stir through chopped Tim Tams.
Step 5
Add butter to a non-stick frypan over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of mixture to the pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip over and cook for 1 minute or until cooked through. Repeat with remaining mixture.

Notes

  • You can use Double Coast Tim Tam if you prefer.
