Ingredients

  • 250g Arnott’s Scotch Finger
  • 60g butter
  • 397g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 500g white chocolate melts
  • Easter eggs to decorate

Preparation

Step 1
Grease and line a 20cm x 20cm cake pan with baking paper, extending 2cm above pan edges. Roughly chop Scotch Finger biscuits and set aside ready to add to mixture, keeping some for garnish.
Step 2
Place butter, melts and condensed milk in medium saucepan and heat gently, stirring continually so it doesn’t stick. This should take about 5 min, then cook for a further 4-5 min until it is nearly simmering. It should be thick and glossy.
Step 3
Remove from the heat and stir though the chopped Scotch Finger biscuits. Pour mixture into pan, top with mini easter eggs and remaining Scotch Finger biscuits and chill. Cut into 24 pieces.
