Winter entertaining just got an upgrade! Think next-level nachos with a fancy twist. This charcuterie-inspired snack uses Arnott’s Jatz as the base - bringing the crunch to every gooey, melty bite of brie and prosciutto, finished with a drizzle of chilli honey. Perfect for sharing (or not).

Ingredients

  • 150g brie
  • 40g prosciutto
  • 225g Arnott’s Jatz
  • Chilli honey, to drizzle

Preparation

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread Jatz evenly over the surface.
Step 2
Grate half of the brie over the Jatz, and crumble the remaining brie on top.
Step 3
Tear the prosciutto into pieces and scatter over the cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 3–4 minutes or until the brie is melted.
Step 5
Finish with a generous drizzle of chilli honey and serve immediately.
